The Breath-Body-Mind™ Spanish Fundamentals Course is designed for individuals interested in learning more about BBM practices and ways to integrate them. In the first 12 hours of this course, you will learn simple techniques that use breathing to help your mind and body relax. These techniques have been proven to reduce stress, improve mood, and help you concentrate better. This is followed by participation in 6 weeks of group BBM Practice sessions.

* Please note, instruction will be given primarily in Spanish

Breathe. Body. Mind.

Three simple words. Yet for many of us, they can be some of the hardest things to prioritize.

Life moves fast. Some are raising children, caring for loved ones, working, volunteering, advocating, and showing up for everyone around us. We spend so much time taking care of others that we often forget to check in with ourselves. Before we know it, we're running on empty and wondering why we feel disconnected, exhausted, or overwhelmed.

Have you ever sat in a room and realized you're not the only one who forgets to check in with yourself? You're not the only one carrying stress, navigating challenges, or trying to hold everything together? There is something deeply human about being surrounded by people who understand that experience. There is healing in knowing you are not alone.

That's why bringing BBM into community spaces matters.

Too often, we expect people to find resources rather than bringing resources to them. Not everyone has reliable internet access, a smartphone, transportation, flexible schedules, or the time and energy to search for wellness opportunities. When we bring BBM into community centers, libraries, schools, faith communities, and neighborhood spaces, we reduce barriers and increase access. More importantly, we create opportunities for people to connect, with themselves and with one another.

Well-being shouldn't be a privilege reserved for those with the most resources. Everyone deserves access to tools that support their health, healing, and sense of belonging. By offering BBM in the community, we're not just teaching breathing practices. We're creating spaces where people can pause, be present, feel supported, and remember that THEIR well-being matters too. Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer is not another program, it's a place to breathe together.
