Thank you for your interest in becoming a Storyteller in Residence!
The New York State Trauma-Informed Network and Resource Center (NYS TINRC) seeks to identify and collaborate with members of our community who have offered to share their personal narratives, perspectives, and insights on trauma, resilience, and healing. The NYS TINRC community uplifts, inspires, and supports each other. The power of storytelling is important, and it has helped us connect within our network meaningfully. Our storytellers are inspiring individuals who thoughtfully offered to share their experiences related to trauma, resilience, and healing.
Storytellers in Residence Application Process
- Application reviewed by NYS TINRC staff
- Interview with applicant and NYS TINRC staff to discuss initiative details and assess suitability
- NYS TINRC will review application
- Final review and feedback provided by NYS TINRC Outreach & Engagement Workgroup
- Applicant will be notified of their status
